Information: This interactive workshop is to help organizations and individuals understand how to effectively deliver services to individuals and families affected by disaster by bringing together service providers within the community to provide on-site assistance.

During this course attendees will:

1. Develop common terminology and operational standards for proper MARC

2. Identify and establish appropriate lines of communication with capacity to serve

3. Practice real life scenarios with the use of prior disasters

4. Debrief and discuss member experience
