You have had your ISO evaluation completed and have the results. Now what? This course will take an in depth look at the grading schedule. If you are looking to improve your PPC score or prepare for an evaluation, this class will help you identify what is needed for that to happen.

The course is taught by Randy Downs, the Midwest Region manager. Local field representative, Sam Peterson, will also be in attendance. This course will be a great opportunity to understand how to improve the score for your community and gain a better understanding of the ISO process.
