Bettendorf PD and Scott County EMA are pleased to bring MGT 406: Community Threat Group Identification, Assessment

and Information Reporting for Rural Law Enforcement Officers to the Quad Cities. This course is designed for law enforcement and government administration/ elected officials to examine threat groups in our communities.
