Women Without Limits Leadership Conference

The Des Moines Police Department's Women Without Limits Leadership Conference is a FREE one-day conference open to the public, ages 18 and up. The day features a diverse panel of women leaders that will speak about their experiences on their journey to becoming the leaders they are today. The day will be filled with learning and inspiration to motivate you to find the leader in yourself. This event is in support of DMPD's pledge to the national 30x30 Initiative. This initiative is intended to attract, retain, and promote women in the law enforcement profession so that 30% of law enforcement agencies are comprised of women. A free boxed lunch including a deli sandwich, chips, fruit and cookie is included in with your ticket reservation. During lunch time, attendees will break off into groups for guided discussions for sharing and networking. Your reservation will also make you eligible for raffle prize drawings throughout the day, and you must be present to win. You will also have the opportunity to purchase additional raffle tickets and all proceeds will benefit DMPD"s Police Athletic League (PAL). We look forward to sharing this day with you, and celebrating the success of these women in their various fields. Their inspiring stories will propel you to continue of your own path to leadership success.
